According to the study, Salt Lake City ranked first out of 100 cities with a score of 78, followed by Gilbert, Arizona with a score of 74, and Scottsdale, Arizona with a score of 71.
One of the reasons Salt Lake City scored so highly was due to its short average commute time of 18.4 minutes. Additionally, the city had low income tax rates, which gave it an affordability score of 23 out of 25.
